MÜV Disposable Vape Pen Review: Zour Apples (Sativa)

After trying several different strains in MÜV’s disposable vape pen line, I find that I really enjoy this product. Other than their Tier 3 flower at $32/eighth, these 0.3g vape pens ($35) really provide one of the most affordable options for trying different strains from MÜV. Since these vape pens use cannabis-derived terpenes, the smell, taste, and effects are very close to what one would expect from the flower form of a strain.

Zour Apples is a child of Jack Herer and Ethos Glue, and seems to lean heavily toward the former parent with its presentation in this disposable vape pen. I think of this strain as a version of Jack Herer with a bit more stoney euphoria and body relaxation.

Quick Facts:

Zour Apples – Sativa

Price at time of review: $35/0.3g cart

Lineage: Jack Herer (“Plantman” Cut) x Ethos Glue

79.66% THC

3.3% CBD

82.96% Total Cannabinoids

Zour Apples tastes a lot like its Jack Herer parent, with strong piney citrus notes. However, the added Ethos Glue parent seems to give this strain a very “dry”, almost floral taste. Together, I can see where some might find a resemblance to the taste of a green apple – but it isn’t an overwhelming association like some other fruit-labeled strains I’ve tried.

Vapor and Product Quality

MÜV’s disposable vape pens come packaged in a stylish and colorful cardboard box, as seen in the image above, Inside the box is one of the typical child-proof tubes that these pens often come in; to open the tube, you simply squeeze it near the top until the little cap pops out.

The pen itself resembles a CCell cart. To use this type of pen, you simply inhale to activate the battery. I had absolutely zero issues with the battery going dead before the product was gone, but this may be because I go through these pens very quickly.

I also had very little issues with clogging (had a few times where it was tough to pull), and really no other issues with the product itself. It worked exactly as intended, and the small size makes it discreet and convenient for medicating.

Vapor/Product Quality Rating: 4.00/5.00

Zour Apples is a more gentle and mellow sativa based off my experience from this vape cart; perhaps this is partly due to the relatively high CBD content of 3.3% – this would be enough to help ease some of the anxiety from the concentrated THC.

Jack Herer again shows its influence in the focus that this strain brings on; however, I find there to be much more of a “stoney” and euphoric quality to this strain. It’s not the best strain for when I need to be composed out in the world for this reason; however, if I don’t need to be around anyone else, it is a great strain for productivity.

It reminds me of a lot of MÜV’s Maui Wowie vape cart, but with the added focus from the Jack Herer lineage. This is a good sativa for relaxing outdoors in the sun, or for any other outdoor activity that involves nature. I recommend this Zour Apples vape cart for any time between early morning and mid-afternoon.

Possibly good for treating:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Minor to moderate aches and pains
  • Headaches
  • Lack of motivation/creativity
  • General relaxation/relief

Effects Rating: 4.40/5.00

Overall Rating: 4.13/5.00

MÜV’s Zour Apples disposable vape pen is best described as a “very good, well-balanced sativa” product.

I really enjoyed Zour Apples based off my experience with this disposable vape, and will be looking to try it in flower form as soon as it becomes available in my area.

Hope you all have a wonderful morning, afternoon, evening, or night – whichever applies. Thanks for reading the review!
